INVITATION TO BID
TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
The Town of North Attleborough invites sealed bids for Proposed Sidewalk
Improvements for Landry Avenue.
Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained at the Department of
Public Works, 49 Whiting Street, North Attleborough, MA on or after
Thursday, June 18, 2026. Bid packages will also be available online at:
https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro.
Electronic bids will be received through the Town’s eProcurement Portal
located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro until
Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:00 am, at which time they will be publicly
opened and read. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public
bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30,
§39M. Minimum wage rates are required per MGL, Chapter 149, Section
26 through 27D inclusive.
The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to make an
award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Contract may be
extended at the option of the Town Manager.
