PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of section 290-26 Site Plan Reviews in the Zoning By-Laws, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room in Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760, pertaining to the following matter:
Application of NESSFAB, Inc. for a Level 3 Major Site Plan Review and Aquifer Protection District special permits. The application is for a 20,000 s.f. industrial building, with associated pavement parking, driveway at 405 Plain Street. The site plan shows twenty-five parking spaces, two infiltration basins, and one driveway on Plain Street. The parcel consists of 10.7± acres, identified as Assessor’s Map 37, Lot 259, and is located within the I-60 (Industrial 60,000 s.f.) zoning district. The site plan is titled NESSFAB Inc., Site Plan Review Level 3, 405 Plain Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760, dated May 27, 2026, and was prepared by Level Design Group.
