LEGAL NOTICE
On Monday, JUNE 22, at 7:00 PM, the North Attleborough Town Council
will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall in the JoAnn Cathcart
Conference Room, 43 South Washington St., to consider amending the
zoning use table for Backyard Chickens to be allowed in all residential
zones, subject to the full compliance with the draft requirements,
regulations, and licensing provisions set forth in
The Code, Chapter 108 Animals, Article III Backyard Chickens.
Draft Chapter 108 Animals, Article III Backyard Chickens sets eligibility
requirements based on lot size, setback requirements, inspection, and more.
