Request for Proposals
The Town of North Attleborough, acting through the Town Manager and the Department of Public Works, is receiving sealed proposals for Utility Billing Services until 11:00 am local time on Thursday, December 3, 2026.
Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the Town’s eProcurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro. Electronic submission of proposals is preferred by way of the eProcurement Portal. Responses will be locked and digitally encrypted until the submission deadline passes.
The successful vendor shall furnish the most advantageous proposal.
