Pursuant to the provisions of section 290-26 Site Plan Reviews in the Zoning By-Laws, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM, on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room in Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760, pertaining to the following matter:
Imperial Subaru and Maverick Patric LLC / Route One Realty Management Corp. have submitted an application to amend a previously approved Planned Business Development. The proposal includes an 11,381 sq. ft. addition to the Subaru dealership, 265 additional parking spaces for a total of 425 spaces, curbing, landscaping, and stormwater management consisting of two underground infiltration systems. The 9.171-acre parcel is identified as Assessor’s Map 22, Lot 416, and Assessor’s Map 22, Lot 469, and is located within the C-30 (Commercial 30,000 sq. ft.) Zoning District. The site plan, titled Proposed Site Plan Documents for Imperial Subaru Proposed Building Addition and Parking Expansion, was prepared by Bohler Engineering, 50 Washington Street, Suite 2000, Westborough, MA 01581, and has a final revision date of September 24, 2026.
