CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2026, at 6:30PM in the Public Meeting Room at 49 Whiting Street, North Attleboro, MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by TIM ORMEROD for property located at 2 WEST BULFINCH street (ASSESSORS MAP 14/LOT 51). The applicant proposes to demolish and rebuild a three season room in the same footprint, located within the 100 foot buffer zone to the top of bank associated with Falls Pond. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
