PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by filed by LAURIE BETH & JOHN LYNCH for property located at 73 DONALD TENNANT CIRCLE., (ASSESSORS MAP 38/LOT 523). The applicants propose to demolish and rebuild the existing 12′ x 12′ garden shed in the same location on the property, within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
