EMILY ANDERSON for a Special Permit pursuant to Ch290, Article V Use Regulations, Schedule B, Accessory Use #10 (Other Personal Services) of the North Attleboro Zoning By-Law to allow the operation of a strength training gym at the property located on 560 KELLEY BOULEVARD. The property is further described as Lot Number 215 on Assessors Plat Number 35, located within an IC-30 Commercial District and contains 62,726 +/- Square Feet of Land.
