The North Attleboro School Department is requesting written quotations for NA Middle School Classroom Renovation in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149.
The work generally consists of:
• Demolition; remove 55 linear feet of free-standing countertop and all base cabinetry
• Remove 18 linear feet of overhead soffits located above countertops, including framing
• Repair suspended ceiling. Match tiles to existing ceiling tiles affected by removal of soffits
• Install approximately 1,500 sq ft of flooring (12”x12” VCT 1/8 thick). Fill in area where cabinets were removed, to match thickness
• Skim coat existing sheet flooring with ardex
• Provide and install 6” wall base where needed along walls
Written quotations must be received no later than 3:00pm on August 7, 2026 at rebeccalevesque@naschools.net
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to waive informalities if deemed to be in its best interest.
