PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by filed by PAUL FRADET for property located at 1 STONEWOOD CIRCLE (ASSESSORS MAP 11/LOT 230). The applicant proposes to remove the existing 10′ × 10′ deck and replace it with a slightly larger 12′ × 12′ deck and patio within the 100-foot buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
