Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and all amendments there to a public hearing will be held on THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2026, AT 6:00 PM in the Town Hall JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room at 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough MA. The Board will be discussing the following applications:
BENJAMIN SINCLAIRE for a Special Permit pursuant Section V, Use Regulations, Schedule B, of the North Attleboro Zoning By-laws to allow the keeping of chickens, including a coop and run, as shown on the submitted application, on the property located at 12 KENNEY LANE. The property is further described as Lot Number 170 on the Assessors Plat Number 37 and located within a R-15 Residential District and contains 38,332 +/- SF of Land.
STEVEN LONG for a Special Permit pursuant to Ch290, Article V Use Regulations, Schedule B, Accessory Use #1 (Home Occupation) of the North Attleboro Zoning By-Law to allow the operation of a home bakery at the property located on 32 WHITE OAK WAY. The property is further described as Lot Number 449 on Assessors Plat Number 35, located within a R-20 Residential District and contains 28,749 +/- Square Feet of Land.
NATHAN HALL for a Variance pursuant to Ch290, Article IV, Intensity Regulations, Schedule A for a side yard setback requirement, as well as a Special Permit pursuant to Article VI, Supplementary Regulations, § 290-24 (Private Garages) to extend a pre-existing, nonconforming use and structure of the North Attleboro Zoning By-Law to allow for the construction of a detached two car garage at the property located on 40 DELPHIS A MONAST JR WAY. The property is further described as Lot 195 on Assessors Plat Number 27, located in a R-20 Residential District and contains 21,128 +/- Square Feet of Land.
CHERIE JENSEN for a Variance pursuant to Ch290, Article IV, Intensity Regulations, § 290-13.1 Schedule A for a side and front yard setback requirements of the North Attleboro Zoning By-Law to allow the reconstruction of a single family dwelling with an expanded footprint and an attached garage at the property located on 60 WENDY DR. The property is further described as Lot Number 725 on Assessors Plat Number 34, located in a R-15 Residential District with 20,265 +/- Square Feet of Land.
ADAM ZANDAN for Variance pursuant to Ch290, Article V, Use Regulations, Schedule B, (In-law Apartment) of the North Attleboro Zoning By-Laws to allow for an In-Law apartment as submitted in the application for the property located at 41 REMINGIO RD. The property is further described as Lot Number 475 on Assessors Plat Number 42 and located within a R-15 Residential District and contains 17,508 +/- SF of Land.
