PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Sections 81W and 81T, the North Attleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2026, regarding the rescission of the approval of a Definitive Subdivision Plan titled “North Attleborough Square in North Attleborough, Massachusetts,” prepared by Daylor Consulting Group and approved on August 19, 1993, together with its covenant.
The subdivision plan is recorded in Plan Book 332, Page 53, and the covenant is recorded in Book 5658, Page 214, at the Bristol County Registry of Deeds.
The property is located at 1360, 1400, and 1470 South Washington Street, Assessor’s Map 27, Lots 10, 144, and 145, North Attleborough, MA.
The applicant requests rescission of the Definitive Plan approval pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81W.
A copy of the application and plan materials may be viewed at the Planning Department during normal business hours.
