Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and all amendments thereto a
public hearing will be held on THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2026, AT 6:00 PM
in the Town Hall JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room at 43 South
Washington Street, North Attleborough MA. All corresponding documents
can be found on the Zoning Board of Appeals Website at:

and the meeting agenda for any updates. The Board will be discussing the

GETS LLC for a Variance pursuant to Ch290, Article IV, Intensity
Regulations, Schedule A for Minimum Lot Area, Lot Frontage, Lot Width
and Lot Depth requirements of the North Attleboro Zoning By-Law to
allow for the subdivision of the property and construction of a duplex at
the property located on 13 PROSPECT STREET. The property is further
