PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026, at 6:30PM in the Public Meeting Room at 49 Whiting Street, North Attleboro, MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by JAY DANCER for property located at 38 BUTTONWOOD CIRCLE (ASSESSORS MAP 24/LOT 386). The proposed work includes the removal of several trees within the 100-foot buffer zone to the top of bank associated with Falls Pond.
