LEGAL NOTICE
On Thursday, April 23, at 6:30 PM, the North Attleboro Planning Board will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 South Washington Street, to consider a proposed amendment to Chapter 290 of the Town’s Zoning Bylaw and Official Zoning Map to establish Multi-Use Overlay Districts (MXO) zones.
To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 290 of the Town’s Zoning Bylaw and its Official Zoning Map to:
(1) add a new section titled “Multi-Use Overlay Districts (MXO),” including associated bylaw language allowing multi-use development by special permit from the Planning Board and more flexible dimensional requirements; and
(2) amend the Town’s Official Zoning Map to establish the MXO Mall, MXO Route 1 South, MXO Route 1 North, MXO Downtown Community & Business, and MXO Kelley Boulevard subdistricts.
These amendments are proposed under a new bylaw section titled “Multi-Use Overlay Districts (MXO).” The full text of these proposed amendments can be viewed online on the Town’s calendar for April 23 and at https://www.nattleboro.com/1063/MXO. The materials may also be viewed at the Planning Department in Town Hall.
