LEGAL NOTICE
On Thursday, April 23, at 6:30 PM, the North Attleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 South Washington Street, to consider amending the zoning use table for Backyard Chickens to be allowed in all residential zones, subject to the full compliance with the draft requirements, regulations, and licensing provisions set forth in The Code, Chapter 108 Animals, Article III Backyard Chickens. Draft Chapter 108 Animals, Article III Backyard Chickens sets eligibility requirements based on lot size, setback requirements, inspection, and more.
The full text of these proposed amendments can be viewed online on the Town’s calendar for April 23 or on the Planning Board website under “Legal Ads and Hearing Packets.” It can also be viewed at the Planning Department in Town Hall.
