Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138, Section 15 of the Massachusetts
General Laws, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Licensing
Authority, The North Attleborough Licensing Board, on Monday, April
13, 2026 at 6:03 P.M. at North Attleboro Community TV located at 93
South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA on the application from
S Washington Street, Inc d/b/a Kappy’s Fine Wine & Spirits located at
1212 South Washington Street for the transfer and pledge of the license and
inventory for an Off Premises/All Alcoholic Beverages Liquor License
from Seekonk Liquors Inc. d/b/a Chris Gasbarro’s Fire Wines & Spirits.
Manager of record will be Viral Patel.
