PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws, and Sections 290-26 Site Plan Review and 290-31 Planned Business Development in the Zoning Bylaws, the North Attleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM, on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room in Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760, pertaining to the following matter:
Major Modification to Special Permit: Application by DAI Property Management Co., Inc. to convert the former TGI Friday’s restaurant into a Bank of America branch with a dual drive-through The application proposes retaining the existing building footprint of 6,998 square feet while reducing the number of parking spaces by seven. Site upgrades would include improvements to traffic circulation, landscaping, ADA accessibility, utility infrastructure, and drainage. The property is further described as Map 27, Lot 47 and Map 27, Lot 178, is 11.87 acres, and located in the C60 Limited Highway Commercial District.
