Mark those calendars for Wednesday, Sept. 17, as Downtown North Attleborough comes alive for the fifth annual Collaborative Block Party. Presented by the North Attleborough Small Business Collaborative, formerly known as the Downtown North Attleborough Collaborative, this milestone celebration marks five years of bringing residents, businesses, and visitors together for a night of music, food and community spirit.

From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., the downtown streets will be closed, creating a lively pedestrian hub from Town Hall down to the library. Attendees can stroll through the heart of town and enjoy an evening filled with local businesses, artisans, charitable organizations and community groups showcasing the very best of North Attleborough.

Highlights of the Collaborative Block Party:

  • Live music—Returning favorites include School of Rock, bringing incredible energy to the night, and the soulful Willie J Laws Band performing at the gazebo.
  • Corn hole tournament: Free to enter, with exciting prizes—cash for first place, a gift card for second place and special edition Block Party T-shirts for all three winners.
  • Classic cars: A crowd favorite, the classic car showcase will once again line the streets.
  • Food and local flavor: Local restaurants and eateries will be serving up delicious bites alongside artisan vendors.
  • Exclusive anniversary giveaways: To celebrate five years, the Collaborative is giving away 100 free Block Party T-shirts (first come, first served). Additional shirts and limited-edition totes will also be available for purchase.

“This milestone year is about celebrating five years of bringing our community together,” said Annie Slobogan, president of the North Attleboro Small Business Collaborative. “The Block Party has grown into a tradition that highlights everything special about North Attleborough, our businesses, our organizations, our music, our food, and most importantly, our people.”

The fifth annual Collaborative Block Party is a free event and a chance to experience the town at its best: friends, neighbors, and families coming together for a night of fun, connection, and hometown pride. And with live music, delicious food, exciting contests, and so much, much more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
