Bishop Feehan High School proudly announces its top-ranked students in the Class of 2022, who have excelled inside and outside the classroom during their four years on the school’s Holcott Drive campus.

These ten soon-to-be graduates rank the highest among a class of 265. The Class of 2022 will be the 58th to graduate from Feehan and will be another class with 100 percent of graduates accepted into one or more four-year colleges or universities.

The Top Ten students (alphabetically) are: Grace Burke (Mansfield), Margaret Dion (Attleboro), Patrick Healey (Bellingham), Brendan Krue (North Attleborough), Patrick McGee (Rumford, R.I.), Sofia Morgan (Mansfield), Amy Parkinson (North Attleborough), Haley Petrucci (Attleboro), Ryan Shute (North Attleborough), and Erik Watka (North Attleborough).

In addition, the top three students are Valedictorian Amy Parkinson, Salutatorian Patrick Healey, and Tree Dedicator (third in class) Grace Burke.

Our Class of 2022 at Feehan is a phenomenal group of leaders, scholars, athletes and citizens,” said Bishop Feehan President, Tim Sullivan ‘87. “And our three top academic students this year represent their class perfectly. This whole class, and Amy, Patrick and Grace specifically, have persisted through very challenging years, remained connected to their classmates in very unique ways, and make their soon-to-be alma mater very proud. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this class.”

Parkinson is highly involved in the school community and has taken every opportunity to establish an impressive record of scholastic achievements, extracurricular accomplishments, and community service activities. She is a member of the Science (Executive Board Member), French, History, Math, English, and National Honor Societies and has been recognized for her academic excellence through various awards. She received the 2021 Pope St. Pius X Youth Award through the Diocese for her service to the parish community and the Yale Book Award, which is presented to a student who displays great academic and social prowess, intuitive growth mindset, and demonstrated excellence for service.

Healey has been actively involved in a wide range of extracurricular life here at Feehan within a number of different capacities. Most notably, he has been the top distance runner for cross country, winter and spring track teams since his sophomore year and was elected as a captain for all three of his senior seasons and breaking school distance records this past year. He serves as an officer for the Student Council and is also the president of the Mercy Chapter of the National Honor Society as well as the Science and Mathematics National Honor Societies. Healey regularly volunteers for the American Cancer Society and, here at Feehan, he is a member of the school’s Red Cross Club. In addition, he is the founder and president of the Bishop Feehan Pre-Med Club.

Burke is a highly motivated student with an incredible work ethic. She is a well-rounded individual who has established impressive contributions in leadership, academic achievement, athletic accomplishments, and community service activities. She holds membership in the English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Spanish Honor Societies as well as the National Honor Society for which she was elected as Secretary. She embraces challenge and has taken the most rigorous course load that the Bishop Feehan High School has to offer through a program of Advanced Placement and Honors I level classes. She loves to learn and her conscientious efforts are recognized through her consistent achievement of First Honors status on the Bishop Feehan High School Honor Roll.
