In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the Conservation
Commission on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2020 at 6:30PM in the
Meeting Room in the Town Hall, at 43 South Washington Street,
North Attleborough, MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by the TOWN OF NORTH
ATTLEBOROUGH for property located at 262 BROADWAY ST.
(ASSESSORS PLAT 19 LOT 3). The proposal is to conduct a
Brownfields Site Assessment at the Former Webster Mill property
to include limited vegetation removal, geophysical survey and
soil, groundwater and soil gas assessment. The proposed work
is located within 100 foot buffer zone to an intermittent stream.
Plans and/or proposals for said work are on file with the Conservation Commission in the Town Hall.
