TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Massachusetts General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held by the
Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2020,
at 6:30PM in the Meeting Room in the Town Hall, at 43 South
Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA on the NOTICE OF
INTENT filed by the NORTH ATTLEBORO ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT (NAED). The proposed work involves completing
the remaining 3600 linear feet of utility line access road improvements along the transmission corridor from Towne Street
to Landry Ave. The project will result in temporary impacts to
Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) and Riverfront Area. The
project is a Limited Project under 310 CMR 10.53(3)(d). Plans
and/or proposals for said work are on file with the Conservation Commission in Town Hall.
