O’Connor was arraigned in Wareham District Court on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and causing serious injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to yield at an intersection. He is scheduled to appear in court for a pre-trial hearing on June 9.
A judge ordered O’Connor to refrain from alcohol and submit to random testing during the course of the proceedings.
