CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by Imperial Subaru, Inc. for property located at 551 S. WASHINGTON STREET (ASSESSORS MAP 22/LOT 469 & 416). The applicant proposes to remove a portion of the existing parking lot, fuel pump and associated fuel tank, concrete pads, shed, and church to allow for the construction of an addition connected to the existing car dealership, along with the proposed expansion of the existing parking lot footprint within the 100-foot buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
