PUBLIC HEARING
LEGAL NOTICE
On Thursday, October 29, at 6:30 p.m., the North Attleboro Planning Board will hold a public hearing at the Public Works Building, DPW Conference Room, 49 Whiting Street, to consider proposed zoning changes to the Table of Use Regulations that would allow “Miscellaneous professional and business offices and services, including but not limited to medical, legal, insurance, real estate offices, and other professional services” by right in the C-7.5 Commercial District (Downtown). These uses are currently permitted by special permit.
To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning Bylaw, Table of Use Regulations, Schedule B, Retail and Service, No. 13, “Miscellaneous professional and business offices and services, including but not limited to medical, legal, insurance, real estate offices, and other professional services,” to allow these uses by right in the Downtown.
The full text of the proposed amendment can be viewed online on the Planning Board website under “Legal Ads and Hearing Packets” or on the Town’s calendar for October 29, 2026. It can also be viewed at the Planning Department in Town Hall.
