PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by filed by HAROLD ROSE for property located at 102 HOMEWARD LANE, (ASSESSORS MAP 33/LOT 188). The applicant proposes to stabilize the left side of the property and mitigate erosion through the installation of a boulder retaining wall, within the 100-foot buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
