LEGAL NOTICE
As required by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 140, Section 157, the Town of North Attleborough’s Municipal Hearing Officer will be conducting a Public Hearing on Thursday June 25, 2026, at 6:00pm at North Attleborough Town Hall, in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington St., North Attleboro, MA. The purpose of this hearing is to determine whether, a female German Shepherd that resides on White Oak Way is a nuisance or a dangerous dog. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate.
