CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by STEVE CHORNEY, SOUTH EASTERN CARPENTRY for property located at 191 BUNGAY ROAD (ASSESSORS MAP 38/LOT 456). The proposed work is to reconstruct the existing deck. Work is within the 100-foot buffer zone to the Bank of Bungay Lake. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
