CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by DALE & ANN LANGILLE for property located at 132 OLD POST ROAD (ASSESSORS MAP 23/LOT 238). The proposed construction of a 12 x 16ft shed within the 100 foot buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
