PUBLIC MEETING

In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, June 2, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by MARK HOLLOWELL, NORTH ATTLEBORO DEPT. OF PUBLIC WORKS for property located at S. WASHINGTON ST. REAR (ASSESSORS MAP 22/LOT 447). The proposed project seeks to replace existing, aging sewer infrastructure at an existing pump station without substantially changing or enlarging said infrastructure. Portions of the proposed work are located within the Riverfront Area and the 100 foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
