In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026, at 6:30PM in the Public Meeting Room at 49 Whiting Street, North Attleboro, MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by DANIEL AVILA for property located at 95 COLONIAL WAY (ASSESSORS MAP 23/LOT 246). The project is to install an above-ground pool within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
