CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, APRIL 28, 2026, at 6:30PM in the Department of Public Works Meeting Room, 49 Whiting Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by JOSEPH LURIE for property located at 653 HIGH STREET (ASSESSORS PLAT 32 LOT 2), NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA. The proposal is for the construction of an inground pool within the 100-foot buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
