Sealed Bids for: KELLEY BLVD ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS: Will be received by the Department of Public Works, 49 Whiting Street, North Attleborough, MA up to 11:00 AM on FRIDAY, MAY 8, 2026, at which time they will be publicly read in the Department of Public Works building. The conditions of employment and Minimum Wage Rates, as
set forth by the Massachusetts Commissioner of Labor and Industries,
Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive, shall prevail in the execution of
work under this contract. The wage rates are contained in the Contract
Documents. Your attention is directed to the Instructions to Bidders, which
are part of the Contract Documents. Contract Documents and bidding forms
will be available FRIDAY, APRIL 16, 2026 and may be obtained electronically
via www.accentblueprints.com/jobs/public, entering the project name
“Kelley Blvd Roadway Improvements” in the project search box. No pre-bid
site visit is planned to occur. Further information and instructions relating to
bidding are provided in the Contract Documents. THE TOWN RESERVES THE
