The Town of North Attleborough requests sealed bids for High Street Recreational Field Project, North Attleboro.
Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained at the Department of Parks & Recreation, 446 Elm Street, North Attleborough, MA after 8:00 am on Wednesday September 30, 2026. Bid packages will also be available online at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro
Electronic bids will be received through the Town’s eProcurement Portal: until 11:00 am on Friday, October 30, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30, §39M, as amended. Minimum wage rates are required per MGL, Chapter 149, Section 26 through 27G, as amended, apply to this project.
The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
