CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held by
the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026, at 6:30PM in the
JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF
INTENT filed by JOSHUA AND CHERIE JENSEN for property located at 20 LENORE DRIVE (ASSESSORS
MAP 14/LOT 111). The applicant proposes an addition to the single-family dwelling within the 100-
foot buffer zone to the top of bank associated with Falls Pond. The application and plans for said
activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at
least 48 hours in advance of the hearing. You may also send inquiries or comments to the
