PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the Town of North Attleborough Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance Bylaw, Chapter 246 of the Town General Bylaws, and Chapter 300, Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance Regulations, a Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleborough Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, September 15, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA, regarding a LAND DISTURBANCE PERMIT APPLICATION (STORMWATER) filed by NESSFAB, INC. for property located at 405 Plain Street (Assessors Plat 37, Lot 259), North Attleborough, MA. The proposed project includes a 20,000± square-foot industrial building, parking, driveways, utilities, and associated stormwater management facilities. Approximately 3.41± acres will be disturbed and approximately 70,830± square feet of impervious area is proposed. The application and plans will be available for public inspection and posted at www.nattleboro.com/conservationpacket at least
