The North Attleborough Small Business Collaborative invites the community to Liberty & Local, a free community celebration commemorating America’s 250th anniversary, on Wednesday, July 15, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Veterans Park, 43 South Washington St., North Attleborough.
As part of the town’s ongoing 250th anniversary celebration, a section of downtown will be closed to vehicle traffic and transformed into a pedestrian gathering space where the community can stroll, shop, eat and celebrate together.
Guests can enjoy a food court featuring local restaurants, explore 50-plus local vendors offering handmade goods, artwork, specialty products, and unique gifts, relax with live music in the gazebo and experience activities happening throughout Veterans Park.
The evening will feature:
- A food court with local restaurants
- 50-plus local vendors
- Live music in the gazebo
- Kids’ games and family activities
- Vote on Plein air artwork to determine the People’s Choice Award
- A live wood-carving demonstration
- Historical reenactors and a Revolutionary War cannon firing
- A beer garden for guests 21+
The event is free and open to the public.
