Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and all amendments thereto a public hearing will be held on THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2026, AT 6:00 PM in the Town Hall JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room at 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough MA. All corresponding documents can be found on the Zoning Board of Appeals Website at: www.nattleboro.com/zoningagenda. Please check with the zoning office and the meeting agenda for any updates. The Board will be discussing the following applications:

PAUL AND BARBARA BRIGGS for a Variance pursuant Intensity Schedule A, Lot Coverage of Chapter 290, North Attleboro Zoning By-laws to allow the transfer of 1210 SF of land from an adjacent single family lot parcel identified as 291 Kelley Boulevard. This exchange will make the subject property located at 295 KELLEY BOULEVARD more non-conforming in lot coverage than what currently exists, requiring the variance. 295 Kelley Boulevard is further identified as Lot 71 on the Assessors Plat Number 38 and is located within the R-20 Residential District with 18,000 +/- Square Feet of Land.

PAUL AND BARBARA BRIGGS for a Special Permit pursuant to Article VII Nonconforming or Existing Uses Chapter 290 of the North Attleboro Zoning By-laws to allow the transfer of 1210 SF of land, from the currently undersized pre-existing non-conforming subject lot, located at 291 Kelley Boulevard which is identified as Lot 633 on the Assessors Plat Number 38, to the adjacent Briggs Nursery lot known as 295 KELLEY BOULEVARD, all within the R-20 Residential District 435,600 +/- Square Feet of Land. The altering of a pre-existing non-conforming lot, even with an even exchange of land, requires relief from the Board.

KYLE CEHANOWICZ for a Variance pursuant to Chapter §290-23 of the North Attleboro Zoning By-Laws to allow for the placement of (2) mobile homes as submitted in the application at the property located at 300 EAST WASHINGTON STREET., UNITS 6NW AND 4NW. The property is further described as Lot Number 41 on Assessors Plat Number 4, located in a C-30 Commercial District with 540,144 Square Feet of Land +/- Acres of Land.
