CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, JULY 7, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by filed by DENNIS SARAZIN for property located at 14 WILD ACRES ROAD (ASSESSORS MAP 23/LOT 296). The proposed work includes the removal of five trees within the 100-foot buffer zone to the top of bank associated with Falls Pond.
