PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 (the Wetlands
Protection Act), a Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleboro
Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026 at 6:30 PM
in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 South Washington Street,
North Attleboro, MA., on the ABBREVIATED NOTICE OF INTENT
filed by DANA ANN HUDSON for property located at 9 Diamond Street
(Assessors Plat 42, Lot 142), North Attleboro, MA. The proposed work
consists of constructing an addition to the existing single-family home
within the 100‑foot Buffer Zone to the Bank of Falls Pond. The application
and plans associated with this filing will be posted on the Commission’s
website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours prior
