The TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids
from Contractors for the Roof Replacement – North Attleborough Wastewater Treatment
Facility at North Attleborough Wastewater Treatment Facility in Attleboro Falls,
Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GORMAN
RICHARDSON LEWIS ARCHITECTS.
General Bids will be received until 27 March 2026 at 3:00PM EST and publicly opened
online, forthwith.
Filed Sub-bids for: Masonry, Plumbing, Heating/Ventilating/Air-Conditioning (HVAC), and
Electrical Work will be received until 18 March 2026 at 3:00PM EDT and publicly opened
online, forthwith.
Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available for review at www.biddocs.com
(may be viewed and downloaded electronically at no cost). The hard copy Contract

The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in
whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the
best interest of the Town.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by
M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
