TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by BRUCE HAUGHTON for property located at 306 MT HOPE STREET, NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA (ASSESSORS MAP 24, PARCEL 378). The proposed project includes dock retrofit, stair repair, tree removal, and tree planting at Falls Pond, in accordance with the Commission’s Regulations Governing Structures on Falls and Whiting’s Ponds. Work will occur within Land Under Waterbodies and may affect the associated Buffer Zone. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
