BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and all amendments thereto a
public hearing will be held on THURSDAY, January 15, 2026, AT 6:00
PM in the Town Hall JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room at 43 South
Washington Street, North Attleborough MA. All corresponding
documents can be found on the Zoning Board of Appeals Website at:
www.nattleboro.com/zoningagenda. Please check with the zoning office
and the meeting agenda for any updates. The Board will be discussing the
following applications:
STEPHEN R. NELSON for a Variance pursuant to Ch290, Article VI
Supplementary Regulations, Signs, F. & G.(3) of the North Attleboro
Zoning By-Law to allow for a conforming sign at the property located on
387 NORTH WASHINGTON STREET. The property is further described
as Lot 138 and 156 on Assessors Plat Number 8, located in a C-7.5
Commercial District and R-10 Residential District with 23,086 +/- Square
Feet of Land.
