The North Attleborough Health Department is partnering with local postal branches to participate in the 2025 Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.
On Saturday, May 10, the 2025 Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive will take place. Community members who want to support the food drive should leave non-perishable food items in a bag near their mailbox on the morning of May 10. Mail carriers will collect the food during morning routes and drop off the donations at the town hall.
All donations will benefit Lenore’s Pantry and St. Mary’s Food Pantry.
“The Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive greatly helps supplement and fill Lenore’s Pantry’s shelves, which are typically low at this time of the year,” said Director and Public Health Nurse Anne Marie Fleming. “We appreciate all who participate in this drive and help assist us in fighting food insecurity.”
The National Association of Letter Carriers’ annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive takes place on the second Saturday in May each year. Since 1993, participating mail carriers have collected non-perishable food items on their routes to donate to local food pantries.
