Thursday, May 5

8:11 a.m. Police were called about the theft of catalytic converters on Whiting Street.

9:21 a.m. Extra patrols throughout town were requested due to an increase in catalytic converter thefts.

6:32 p.m. A vehicle accident with injury on Mt. Hope Street was reported. The accident involved a vehicle and a motorcycle.

Friday, May 6

7:23 a.m. One person was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital following a vehicle accident on Homeward Lane.

8:21 a.m. A resident of Brookside Way reported a larceny.

4:51 p.m. Police responded to a report of the theft of a catalytic converter on George Leven Drive.

Saturday, May 7

1:54 p.m. A vehicle accident on Elm Street was reported. No one was injured.

6:10 p.m. Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident on S. Washington Street.

8:55 p.m. Police issued a verbal warning to an erratic operator of a vehicle on Calvin Road.

11:21 p.m. A vehicle accident with injury on Route 295 was reported. One vehicle was found off the roadway.

Sunday, May 8

2:34 p.m. Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident on N. Washington Street.

6:14 p.m. A breaking and entering to a vehicle parked on Oak Street was reported.

Monday, May 9

8:49 a.m. Police responded to a report of a stolen phone on S. Washington Street.

1:12 p.m. An assault and battery on S. Washington Street was reported.

4:05 p.m. A resident of Park Street reported malicious damage to a vehicle.

6:19 p.m. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident with injury on Allen Avenue.

Tuesday, May 10

11:02 a.m. Malicious damage on Westbarn Road was reported.

12:26 p.m. A resident of Circle Court called the police to report fraud.

5:28 p.m. Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident on Barrows Street.

Wednesday, May 11

8:30 a.m. The Animal Control Officer was called about a past dog bite incident on Anawan Road.

10:32 a.m. Police received a report of a hit and run accident on Ralph Street.

4:23 p.m. A two-vehicle accident on the Route 295 ramp was reported. No one was injured.
