Thursday, Feb. 18

7:50 a.m. Police responded to a report of a vehicle accident on E. Washington Street. No one was injured.

10:08 a.m. The Animal Control Officer responded to a report of a live skunk found in a bag on Elmwood Avenue.

2:53 p.m. Police received a report of an unregistered white pickup that was stolen. The vehicle as later involved in an incident in Pawtucket.

3:18 p.m. A shoplifting on S. Washington Street was reported.

3:39 p.m. Malicious damage on S. Washington Street was reported.

Friday, Feb. 19

5:36 a.m. Police responded to a report of a vehicle accident on Kelly Boulevard. No one was injured.

6 p.m. An injured party was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital following an accident on S. Washington Street.

Saturday, Feb. 20

11:56 a.m. Police responded to a report of a vehicle accident with injury on Old Post Road.

3:48 p.m. A larceny of three engagement rings on S. Washington Street was reported.

Sunday, Feb. 21

12:35 a.m. Police received a report of an intoxicated male on Lincolnshire Road. They were picked up by a sober party.

1:06 p.m. A vehicle accident with injury on S. Washington Street was reported.

4:31 p.m. Police responded to a report of a shoplifter on S. Washington Street.

Monday, Feb. 22

5:59 a.m. A resident of George Leven Drive reported the possible theft of mail. Extra checks of the area were requested.

11:30 a.m. Police responded to a report of a car striking a house on Bungay Road. No one was injured.

2:16 p.m. A resident of Achilles Way reported an attempted fraud.

6:03 p.m. Police received a report of a possible attempted breaking and entering on S. Washington Street.

7:32 p.m. Police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a store on S. Washington Street.

Tuesday, Feb. 23

2:32 p.m. Police received a report of unemployment fraud on Highland Meadow Road.

3:41 p.m. Police issued a citation and criminal application to the drivers involved in a two-vehicle accident on Allen Avenue.

9:56 p.m. A dumpster was reported in the road on McKeon Drive. The owner was advised to move it.

Wednesday, Feb. 24

9:05 a.m. Police responded to a report of a past shoplifter on S. Washington Street.

1:30 p.m. Police received a report of a vehicle on E. Washington Street being used without the owner’s authority.

4:33 p.m. An assault on N. Washington Street was reported.

5:09 p.m. The Animal Control Officer responded to a report of loose cows on Depot Street. They animals were returned to the owner.
