The South Attleboro Village Lions invites the public to view from a distance, as “We light the night in remembrance” for deceased Attleboro residents of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Beginning Friday May 8, from 8-9 p.m. and will continue nightly throughout May and into June.
A tribute of luminaries—white bags with black silhouette—will be displayed around Lees Pond walkway near Route 1. At this time, Attleboro has lost approximately 33 loved ones to this dreaded disease. Drive by or Stop by, wear a mask and be mindful of social distancing to honor deceased COVID-19 residents.
