Thursday, Sept. 5

Field Hockey

Taunton, 3 at North Attleborough, 1 —Taunton went on the road and picked up a win in the season opener at North Attleborough. 

Volleyball

Taunton, 0 at North Attleboro, 3  —North Attleborough defended home court with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-16, 25-18) win over visiting Taunton. 

Golf

Stoughton, 194 at North Attleboro, 156  —North Attleborough’s Jillian Barend shot a one-under round of 34 at the middle course at Heather Hill to pace the Rocketeers to a win. 

Friday, Sept. 6

Football

North Attleboro, 7 at King Philip, 25 

Boys Soccer

Taunton, 0 at North Attleborough, 1  —North Attleborough’s James Sales scored on a penalty kick in the fifth minute to give the Rocketeers two points in the season opener. 

Girls Soccer

North Attleborough, 4 at Taunton, 0  —Alex Moulson scored twice and assisted on the other two goals to lead the Rocketeers to a division win. 

Golf

North Attleborough, 171 at Foxboro, 169  —Foxboro’s Dylan Quinn carded six pars, finishing with a team-low round of 41 to lead the Warriors to a close win over North. 

Monday, Sept. 9

Field Hockey

North Attleborough, 4 at Stoughton, 1  —Grace Cole scored a hat trick to lead North Attleborough to a win on the road over Stoughton. 

Volleyball

North Attleborough, 3 at Stoughton, 0  —North Attleborough’s Haley Gaskin dished out 25 assists to help the Rocketeers pick up a 3-0 (25-11, 25-22, 25-13) win on the road over Stoughton. 

Tuesday, Sept. 10

Boys Soccer

North Attleborough, 3 at Stoughton, 0  —North Attleborough scored twice in the first half and added a late insurance tally to pick up two points on the road at Stoughton. 

Girls Soccer

Stoughton, 0 at North Attleborough, 2  —Regan Fein faced eight shots and three corners but came away with her second clean sheet of the fall, keeping the Rocketeers perfect on the young season. 

Golf

Foxboro, 203 at North Attleborough, 204  —After being tied at 161 apiece through four cards, Foxboro prevailed with a one-stroke win on the fifth card.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 11

Field Hockey

North Attleborough, 1 at Oliver Ames, 0

Volleyball

North Attleboro, 0 at Oliver Ames, 3  —Oliver Ames opened its home schedule with a clean sweep of the visiting Rocketeers, winning 3-0 (25-12, 25-18, 25-14). 

Thursday, Sept. 12

Golf

Milford, 176 at North Attleborough, 158  —North Attleborough’s Jillian Barend birdied on both the third and ninth holes, finishing with a two-over round of 37 to earn medalist honors in the Rocketeers’ win over Milford. 

Friday, Sept. 13

Boys Soccer

North Attleborough, 0 at Oliver Ames, 1  —Oliver Ames junior Colin Milliken converted a penalty kick in the first half to help the Tigers secure a shutout win over the visiting Rocketeers. 

Girls Soccer

Oliver Ames, 4 at North Attleborough, 1  —The Tigers scored three goals in the first half to take control of the game and stayed unbeaten on the season. 

Volleyball

North Attleborough, 0 at King Philip, 3  —King Philip earned a 3-0 (25-12, 25-20, 25-20) sweep of North Attleborough in a non-league contest. 

Golf

North Attleborough, 180 at Franklin, 154  —Franklin junior Jack Paterson concluded the week with his fourth medalist round, this time shooting a team-low 36 to capture co-medalist honors. 

Monday, Sept. 16

Field Hockey

Sharon, 0 at North Attleborough, 7

Volleyball

Sharon, 0 at North Attleborough, 3  —North Attleborough defended home court with a clean sweep, taking a 3-0 (25-11, 25-3, 26-24) decision over the visiting Eagles. 

Tuesday, Sept. 17

Boys Soccer

Sharon, 1 at North Attleborough, 0  —Sharon senior Michael Baur headed in a corner kick from classmate Brian Higgins in the 78th minute to deliver a win for the Eagles.

Girls Soccer

North Attleborough, 2 at Sharon, 0  —North scored twice in the second half to break open a scoreless game and pick up the road win. 

Golf

Sharon, 171 at North Attleboro, 161  —North Attleborough junior Sam Gallagher was the lone golfer to shoot under 40 on the day, carding a low-round of 39 to lead the Rocketeers to a win over Sharon.
