Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws and
any and all amendments thereto a public hearing will be held
on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 6:30 PM in the Town Hall
Lower Level Conference Room on the following applications:

ATTLEBORO AREA MINI SELF-STORAGE, LLC for a Variance
from Section IV, Intensity Regulations, Schedule A (building
height / allowable stories) and a Variance from Section VI,
Supplementary Regulations, Off Street Parking & Loading,
Schedule C (reduction in required parking), to allow the
construction of an 82,500 sf multi-level storage facility on
the property located at 25 John Dietsch Square. The property
is further described as Plat 34A on the Assessors Plat 371E
and located within an I-60 Industrial District consisting of
1.806 Acres.
