Town Manager Michael Borg would like to invite community members to attend a kick-off event for his new community engagement series, “Community Conversations,” this Thursday, Feb. 8, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. atHabibi’s Middle Eastern Kitchen, 11 S. Washington St.
Borg will be joined by Director of Public Works Mark Hollowell and Fire Chief Christopher Coleman to discuss flooding, drainage and the Ten Mile River. Those looking to discuss these topics with town officials are encouraged to attend, however, discussions on all town-related matters are welcomed.
“We are eager to kick off our ‘Community Conversations’ series as it will serve as an additional means to enhance dialogue between town officials and community members,” Borg said. “We encourage our community members to come, ask questions, voice their concerns and share their feedback while visiting local businesses.”
The series will include monthly events hosted by Borg at different businesses throughout North Attleborough with some meetings featuring special guests to talk about different topics.
